O-Track Training
We are always happy to provide existing customers or new with training sessions. When you purchase o-track you will automatically receive a free training session upon request. We are happy to provide training using your data or a 'dummy' data set that we have all ready to go. See below read what we cover in the training sessions.

General Navigation
We spend the first 10 minutes of the training sessions getting users comfortable with the system. We feel this is very important and that once user see how easy-to-use the system is, they will learn more in the other areas of the training session.

Recording Data
Although the vast majority of your data will already be uploaded for you by Optimum, it is essential that users are comfortable with recording termly results and amending targets etc.

Running, Printing and Saving Reports
The most powerful section of o-track is the reports that you can run against the data held in system. In this section of the training session we will spend time getting users running reports and understanding what potential the reports area of the system as.

Administration
Users have the power to add, edit or delete pupil records. In this section of the training users lean all the skills needed to cary out these tasks.
