FSP to National Curriculum Level Conversion
Based on a pupils Foundation Stage Profile (FSP) results, o-track performs number of mathematical formulas to predict what similar pupils nationally score at Key Stage 1 (KS1). However, if you disagree with the prediction that o-track makes you can always amend the data to fit your school and your pupils.

Contextual Data
O-Track allows you to record contextual information about your pupils and therefore report on the progress of those pupils against certain criteria.

Termly Results and APS
A facility is available for you to record half-termly results and average point scores (APS) for all your pupils in Reading, Writing, Maths, Science and ICT through all year groups with KS1 and/or KS2.

Free Termly Data Import Service
If you would like us to import your data for you, we will, for free! Here at Optimum we want you to get as much out of O-Track as possible, so if that means us keeping your data as current as possible then ask us and we will complete your termly data import for free. We can import data exported directly from your school management system such as SIMS.net or any spreadsheets you use in school - we will accommodate your current practices whatever they are.

Reports
O-Track comes with a vast number of reports that allow you to produce target setting and tracking document for individual pupils and/or whole year groups or classes. If the report you need isn't included in the system simply ring us and we will add the report for you for free.

Pre-loaded Data
You don't have to worry about spending hours inputting each pupil onto o-track, we will do it for you. Once we have your data we can have you up and running with o-track within 30 minutes.

Sending Your Data To Us
O-track is designed to allow data uploads from you school management system. Simply export a pupil list or Common Transfer File or export your FSP data and send it to us via our secure data transfer facility.

Secure Data
The entire o-track system is stored on a secure server. So you can rest assured that all your pupil data is safe and can not be accessed by any unwanted viewers.
